“Many people will write when they are not happy with the service they receive from a business but many less will do so when they are happy.  I wanted to write you today to express my gratitude and satisfaction with you facility.  I brought in my black Acura 3.2CL a few weeks ago after someone had backed into it in a parking lot.  I was a little upset that my car was flawed in this way and was looking for a place to have it fixed.  I called my dealer, Acura of Tempe, and they directed me to you.
 
I am a very particular person and my car is my baby. It gets waxed and polished once a week and when I was calling I was very nervous about turning my car over to just any shop.  I was questioning everything all the way down to the brand of paint that would be used on the car and the process in which the repair would be done.  I worked with Paul Smith and also talked to the ladies in the office of whom I forget their names.  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the way they treated me and the high level of professionalism they extended to me.  All of my questions were answered and Paul kept me posted on how my car was coming along.  All of this for someone who was getting what would be considered minor work done.
 
After I got my car back, we inspected the work; it was great!  A little less then a week after I got my car back somebody stole my emblem off of my trunk and I automatically thought to call Mr. Paul Smith who proceeded to be awesome once again and ordered the part for me.  This morning I picked it up and it was installed in a matter of minutes, thanks to all of you.
 
The car is now great and I owe it to your staff.  The bottom line is I was very happy with the level of service as well as the quality of work I received and wanted to let you know.  I will tell anyone I know who finds quality and service important, to use your services.  Thanks again.
